Shipping, Delivery & Return Timelines
At GiftToHampers, we take pride in delivering your hampers with care and on time, so your special moments are never missed.
Bangalore (Local Deliveries)
- If the product is ready, we aim to deliver it within 1 working day.
- Same-day delivery may be available for select pin codes. Please confirm with us on WhatsApp before placing your order if you require express delivery.
Other Cities (Pan India)
- Deliveries outside Bangalore depend on courier service availability.
- Estimated timelines range from 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- For premium hampers or fragile items, additional packing time may be required.
Festive & Peak Season Orders
- During high-demand periods such as Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, and New Year, delivery timelines may be slightly longer.
- We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Bulk & Custom Orders
- For bulk or customized hampers, timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- For urgent requirements, please contact us directly on WhatsApp so we can assist with priority delivery options.
Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in curating and packaging every GiftToHampers product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Edible items (sweets, chocolates, dry fruits)
- Personalized or customized hampers
- Candles or decorative items once used/opened
- Hampers purchased during festive sale events
3. Replacement or Refund Process
- After your claim is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund (as applicable) within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for inspection before processing a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if not yet shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
